The experts argue, the findings illuminate a new hope in the formation of self-Darwinian period, a lesson about plants and wild life into the foundations of the theory of evolution.

The fossils were discovered by Howard Falcon-Lang in a state in-press them neatly in the form of slides, and some of them seems to have the signature of Darwin. Paleontologist at the Royal Halloway, University of London, the storage space found in the British Geological Survey, Nottinghamshire in an old wardrobe labeled 'unregistered fossil plant'.

"I am easily tempted mystery, so I open a drawer. It makes me very surprised! Inside the drawer there are hundreds of beautiful glass slides, and there is a label 'C. Darwin Esq' the first thing that I took," said Falcon-lang.

"This is a wonderful illustration of Darwin's work. This is the most exciting period in the history of science, of how the formation of a person's thinking who developed the theory of evolution and then change the world," he added.

A number of 314 slides were found Falcon-Lang, including plants 40 million years old, comes from a remote island off the coast of Chile. Another slide showed a large tree fungus that blanketed the Earth at 400 million years ago, when the climate is very hot and even has not polar ice.
