internet2A recent study revealed that in fact the majority of people do not trust the information that they get from the internet.

Over the past 10 years, society has witnessed further development of these social networking and mobile technologies are powerful. But a new study reveals that the majority of them do not trust the information obtained from the internet.

As quoted from ST, three-quarters of Internet users find a lot of important information on the internet. But the majority of them do not believe if the source is trusted, says a report this week from the University of Southern California, Center for the Digital Future.

In 2010, 15 percent of Internet users say that there are few sources of information on the internet that can be trusted. The number is greater than the number of people who are skeptical about the growth of information in cyberspace.

This mistrust is very real, especially on the social networking world. People now do not see social networking as a reliable source. They visited a social networking just to socialize and share photos, status and video.
